Drove past and saw a nice looking bmw. Went in and inquired. Within 5 mins I was driving the car on a test drive. I could not fault the car. I bought the car and collected the following week. I visited Forward motor company on the 29th February 2020, after seeing a car advertised on auto trader. We walked into the reception, was greeted by the owner who seemed really nice, not like others we had seen that day, we explained we liked 1 of the cars and asked to have a look inside it, the owner got the keys and asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive which we did. After arriving back we decided this was the car for us, no pushy car sales men here, very friendly family ran business, everything was very straight forward, I’d have no problem with recommending this car sales garage to anybody else. Excellent experience, no pressure but extremely helpful and more importantly friendly. The cars in stock sell themselves, we had found the vehicle we needed but nice to look around the stock :). From first impression to the the condition and price, we were never in doubt about buying the vehicle. The team (you know who your are but can’t name individuals!!) took care of everything on our behalf online (part ex/private plate / tax) so all we had to do was transfer the money!! Perfect location off motorway easy to find making it ideal location from all parts of the country (we are south of Chepstow). Best of luck for the future guys, we wish you every success keep doing what you’re doing and we hope to be back later in year / early next so keep the variety in stock :0. highly recommend
